I’ve spoken before about why I think menu copy is one of the most crucial parts of getting people to buy drinks and expand their horizons.

So, when I see menus that capture my attention, I’ve got to tell you about them.

I was in Sheffield recently. While exploring the Steel City I rocked up to a rock bar called Kuckoo.
